You can request a tenant reference check directly from your Rezi account. After opening RentProfile, turn on a switch to request a reference for each of your tenants. See live updates of the tenant's progress throughout, with status updates including: awaiting the renter’s signup, waiting on ID, earnings (and more), to completion.

Once the report has been generated, which takes an average of 2-3 hours from when the renter signs up, you can view the full report in Rezi.
